​Get to Know Us
Right 2 Bragg was founded from a personal journey of struggle and transformation. As a young adult, our founder, Ashley Bragg, faced a time of doubt—lacking self-esteem, access to skills, and confidence to pursue her goals. Through these challenges, she realized the need for a program that would provide young women with the resources and mentorship she never had.
Utilizing her background in Sociology and Social Work, Ashley conducted extensive research into societal issues affecting minority youth. Her findings revealed deep connections between Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and the challenges these young people face today. For the last five years, Right 2 Bragg has been actively testing its unique mentorship approach in group homes and recreation centers, serving youth ages 13 to 21.
Our focus on leadership, mindfulness, emotional regulation, and personal development helps guide youth toward their fullest potential. By building relationships and understanding the root causes of trauma, our program offers a safe and empowering space for growth.
