Executive Director

Ashley Bragg - Founder & Coach

Ashley Bragg has over eight years of management experience, driving a youth-serving organization dedicated to delivering a better understanding of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE’S). Raise awareness in communities through teachings, hands-on training, and real-time field experiences. Reducing risks, nurturing resilience, and skill-building for effective interventions. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Social Work and has a real understanding of how a safe, stable, and nurturing environment plays a part in the transition from adolescence to adulthood.

Ashley has studied the Sociology behind human society and social problems which has given her a deeper understanding of trauma and provided ways to work with children, families, and communities to reduce the impact of trauma.

Ashley strives to provide tools, opportunities, and resources to young adults who may find themself lost, unknowledgeable, or simply not knowing the right questions to ask. The programs are designed to assist young adults in cultivating a more authentic version of themselves, teaching and developing dreams to inspire, lead by example, and provide reassurance to be defined by their potential and not their circumstances.
